Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as preparation begins immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Order was cancelled within the cancellation window
  • Order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery
  • Order was not delivered within the estimated time frame

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and process refunds within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Customized orders, special requests, and items that have been consumed cannot be refunded.
